Art Application Writer is a UK-based service for preparing application text. Contact the service operator at chris1345u89@gmail.com for support or a data request.
What we store and why
We store your account email, salted password hash, selected or supplied text, reusable Profile/Work facts, application answers and versions, permissions and usage counts to provide your saved workspace. We do not store plaintext passwords or manage an image/video asset library. Essential, Secure and HttpOnly session cookies last up to 14 days. Request metadata is used for security and rate limiting; we do not add marketing analytics cookies.
Account and workspace processing provides the service you request. Necessary security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interests in keeping the service safe. Optional external AI processing requires your application permission; you can withdraw it for future requests. An account email is required for sign-in and recovery; reusable Profile and Work material is optional. We do not make legally significant automated eligibility decisions or submit applications on your behalf.
Email and optional AI processing
Cloudflare provides hosting and database storage. Brevo processes the recipient email and one-time verification/password-reset message for account access; these messages contain no artwork or application text. A provider accepting a message is not proof that it has reached your inbox.
AI processing is optional. Only after you grant application-specific permission is the selected text, current draft and submitted feedback sent to Token Harbor. When this application’s sharing notice includes OpenAI, the same selected text may be sent to OpenAI if the primary provider’s allowance is exhausted. Token Harbor may retain inputs/outputs under its own policies, including for product or model improvement. Other Works, unselected Profile fields, account credentials and image/video files are excluded from the AI request. Revoking permission stops future requests but cannot recall data already sent. You can use manual editing and text export without enabling AI.
Storage and your choices
Your saved workspace stays until you request its deletion. Verification/reset links expire after 20 minutes and work once. Expired rate-limit entries are cleaned during later activity; old expired token records are removed during later email requests. Current Cloudflare Free database recovery history lasts up to 7 days, so deleted live records may remain in backups until that history expires. Hosting and suppliers can process data internationally; this page does not promise UK-only storage or a particular supplier deletion timetable.
Email the contact above to request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. We verify account ownership before acting and do not ask you to send your password. You can also raise a privacy concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Optional usage statistics and feedback
We record first-party page and feature events, saved-draft success or failure, broad error categories and elapsed time to improve the service. Signed-in events use your existing internal account reference; no extra tracking cookie or browser fingerprint is created. We never add application text, prompts, CVs, files, email addresses or full URLs to events. Anonymous views are counts, not unique people. These statistics do not measure artistic quality or competition outcomes.
Usage events expire after 30 days. Optional NPS scores and comments expire after 90 days; only the verified site operator can view them. We keep your latest response per month and do not treat multiple answers as multiple people. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop optional event collection. This preference also stops future optional statistics for your signed-in account; feedback remains voluntary.
